BEKO Capital Advisory Announces its Role in the Placement Syndicate for Bamboo Microfinance’s Public Bond Offering

BEKO Capital Advisory is acting as a member of the placement syndicate, alongside Africa Bright Securities as Lead Arranger, in connection with the public bond offering launched by Bamboo Microfinance on the CEMAC regional capital market.

With a total issue size of XOF 5 billion, the transaction has been authorized by the Commission de Surveillance du Marché Financier de l’Afrique Centrale (COSUMAF) under Visa No. COSUMAF-APE-03/26, and will be listed on the Bourse des Valeurs Mobilières de l’Afrique Centrale (BVMAC).
